How to apply online

Check your eligibility
To be considered for finance, you will need to meet all of the following criteria:
- Are at least 18 years old
- Are in regular full or part-time employment, unless you are retired and receiving a private or company pension, or you are in receipt of disability living allowance
- Are a permanent UK resident and have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
- Have a UK bank account capable of accepting Direct Debits
- Have a good credit history with no late payments, Debt Relief Orders, County Court Judgments or bankruptcies
When do my repayments start?
Your monthly repayments will begin one month after your purchase has been delivered.
Are there any arrangement fees or hidden extras for credit?
No. There are no arrangement fees or hidden extras.
Can I request delivery to an address other that my home?
No. In order to safeguard against fraudulent applications, we are only able to deliver goods to the home address of the applicant.
Can I return or exchange an item on Finance?
Yes. You can return any item up to 14 days after delivery on finance. Once the returned goods are received and processed, we will contact V12 to cancel the application. V12 will refund any instalments made under the finance agreement along with the deposit.
Important Notes
Credit is provided subject to affordability, age and status. Minimum spend applies. 6 and 12 month term products are unregulated and therefore the FCA’s DISP rulebook and the Financial Ombudsman Service do not apply. We do not receive any commission from V12 for introducing customers to them.

If your complaint relates to your finance agreementIf your complaint relates to the finance linked to your purchase you can still let us know about this, but we will forward it on to your finance provider V12 Retail Finance. V12 will acknowledge your complaint and investigate it thoroughly and issue their response within eight weeks.
What can I do if I can't reach an agreement on my complaint?If you are not satisfied with V12's response to your complaint relating to the finance agreement, you may be able to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You must contact them within six months of the date of V12's final response letter to you.
