Fantastic service once again. Wheel/tyre combination delivered within 5days. On fittingl, my car didn’t detect the TPMS sensors but a phone call to wheelbase solved the issue. A reprogramming tool was sent to me and I was talked through the process. Only took about 10 minutes and all good. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic. I ordered a set of calibre vintage alloys x4 including tyres and I’m extremely impressed. One of my wheels had a slight imperfection, I contacted the team and no questions asked I was offered a solution. I would definitely recommend. When I am in need of any more wheels I will be coming to this company and no others. The delivery was fantastic. Updated all the time about the delivery and the fitting of the tyres, then emailed by the delivery company and dropped off in a matter of days. Every item was packaged as you’d expect, fantastic. I fitted the wheels today after the car has just been lowered and had a full new suspension, and I am more than happy with the result of the wheels. It’s finished the car off perfectly and even tho this was at a great expense, it was worth every penny. I’d like to mention Safiya Mul** who dealt with my issue and was extremely professional through out and assisted me instantly. I first called and then she sent me her email to provide pictures and then after she seen the pictures then offered a solution. I had a new wheel coming. All sorted in the hour basically. Great service. From the initial email to live chat then the phone call all checking that some alloys and tyres would fit the strange fitment that a Tesla Model 3 Performance involves, going from 21” summer wheels down to 18” all season wheels and tyres, Damian got it bang on. Had to order the wheels from Italy arrived double quick time and a call to get fitted or delivered. Shout out to the guy that fitted my wheels, he came out to say that he couldn’t wrap my old wheels in plastic to put them in boot as machine broken, I didn’t expect my old wheels to be wrapped up but I thought it was a nice touch that they put wheels in cardboard and loaded them in the car for me. It’s a strange phenomenon these days actually getting great communication and customer service, others should take note of wheelbase !
